Material Lab Cellolose

In the intensive Material Lab, in collaboration with EMPA Zurich, new ideas for market applications were developed for the cellulose-based material CNF. The CNF material consists of 90% water, has a creamy consistency, and is snow-white. This composition leaves ample scope for designing the colour, shape, and composition.
The research results and material experiments were laid out for evaluation and presentation. Areas of application, such as interior shingles, were identified in the project and a concept was developed.
